Napa County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan Update 2026
Submitted to Cal OES for Initial Review
The Napa County Multi-Jurisdictional Hazard Mitigation Plan (MJHMP) Update 2026 has been submitted to the California Governor’s Office of Emergency Services (Cal OES) for its initial review.
The public review period was conducted from May 13–29, 2026, during which comments from community members, stakeholders, and participating jurisdictions were collected and incorporated into the draft plan as appropriate.
The submitted draft documents are available below for reference. Following Cal OES’ review, any requested revisions will be addressed before the plan is forwarded to the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for final approval.
Thank you to everyone who participated in the planning process and helped strengthen Napa County’s resilience to natural hazards.
