This library includes links to view map products or exercises completed by each jurisdiction to meet or exceed FEMA planning requirements outlined in 44 CFR § 201.6 – Local Mitigation Plans (44 CFR Part 201 – Mitigation Planning). Most importantly §201.6(c)(2)(iii) requires that in multi‐jurisdictional plans, the risk assessment section must assess each jurisdiction’s risks where they vary from the risks facing the entire planning area.

About MAST
MAST enables exploration, editing, and ongoing updates to the mitigation strategy. MAST is an important step in creating a hazard mitigation plan that can be updated, revised, and inputted into grant requests into the future.
MAST enhances traditionally planning documents by allowing direct stakeholder inputs and updated by project participants—keeping this HMP a truly living document.
This application is for the use of stakeholders only and may not be shared or demonstrated to users outside of the stakeholder group.
