History of the HMP

Napa County’s first Hazard Mitigation Plan was adopted in 2004 and was updated in 2013. The 2020 update will be the County’s “third” plan update and a demonstration of the County’s continuing effort to reduce or eliminate future loss of life and property resulting from natural disasters.
